6 weeks to go
assalamualaikum, selamat pagi, selamat petang, selamat malam dan salam satu Malaysia..
masa yang berlalu ibarat pedang yang menghunus..begitulah gambaran waktu yang berlalu.. sedar atau tidak sesi praktikum cuma tiggal 6 minggu lg.. ini bermakna shaya dan rakan-rakan telah mengharungi separuh dari cabaran dan tugasan..Alhamdulillah semua berjalan dengan lancar dengan sedikit masalah yang dapat diselesaikan dengan izinNya..
begitu banyak pengalaman dan iktibar yang dapat dikutip sepajng proses pembelajran ini..dengan sedikit ilmu yag disebarkan, tanpa sedar shaya mendapat lebih dari itu..sesungguhnya mereka telah menyentuh naluri shaya dan membahagiakan shaya..
hikmah tuhan itu subjektif..kita tidak akan mengetahuinya sehingga tiba masanya..itulah yang dirasakan sekarang..rasa syukr yang teramat sgt kerana shaya tercampk menjadi seorang pendidik..sekarang shaya sedar, shaya bukan sekadar mendidik tapi shaya turut di didik sehingga menjadi insan yang terdidik..shaya amat gembira dan tenang melalui hidup sebegini...
setiap kali melihat muka murid-murid terutamanya dari kelas belakang, hati shaya terpanggil utk membuat yg terbaik..bukan anugerah yg shaya idamkan..shaya cuma mahu murid-murid mendapat sesuatu dari shaya..kalau tidak ilmu sains atau english cukuplah sekadar ilmu kemanusiaan, rohani dan nilai-nilai murni kerana generasi sekarang jiwanya beguitu tandus...
terlalu banyak babak-babak yang membuatkan shaya berfikir dan terus berfikir..sehingga perakam di benak shaya ini tidak mampu menyimpan semua memori itu..namun apa yang shaya tahu, segala yang berlaku membuatkan shaya lebih matang dan bijak dalam kehidupan...betullah kata seorang teman "biarkan bunga itu mekar dahulu barulah kamu dapat mencium wanginya..biarkan buah itu ranum dahulu barulah kamu dapat menikmatinya manisnya"
shaya berharap apa yang terjadi tidak berhenti disini kerana shaya masih mahu mendidik, di didik dan terus menjadi insan terdidik...

1.0 PENDAHULUAN
Aktiviti khidmat masyarakat pada kali ini merupakan kesinambungan daripada aktiviti khidmat masyarakat yang telah diadakan pada semester lepas oleh kelas 3 PPPR PET SNPJPI (1) dan 3 PPPR PET SNPJPI (2). Sehubungan itu, satu perancangan yang teliti telah dibuat untuk memastikan segala aktiviti akan berjaya dilaksanakan. Segala butiran tentang maklumat dan perancangan untuk program ini dicatatkan dalam kertas kerja ini.
Program Bina Insan Guru semester Tiga (3) mencakupi aktiviti seminar / bengkel / ceramah dan khidmat kemasyarakatan. Melalui program ini, guru pelatih akan didedahkan dengan pengalaman dan kefahaman yang menyeluruh berkaiatan pembinaan insan guru yang seimbang, hubungan guru / sekolah dengan komuniti serta peranan dan akauntabiliti guru yang profesional selaras dengan pembangunan jasmani, emosi, rohani, intelek dan sosial yang seimbang. Program khidmat masyarakat ini juga akan dapat melatih guru pelatih agar lebih komited dalam melakukan sebarang tugas dan aktiviti yang diamanahkan.
2.0 RASIONAL
Program khidmat masyarakat ini merupakan satu program yang diwajibkan kepada guru pelatih PPR PET dan merupakan sebahagian daripada sukatan pelajaran Bina Insan Guru. Dalam program ini, guru-guru pelatih didedahkan dengan kepentingan semangat berpasukan, kerjasama dan tanggungjawab terhadap profesion keguruan, masyarakat dan negara. Kesedaran tentang kepentingan hubungan komuniti dan perkhidamatan sosial perlu diterapkan kepada bakal-bakal pendidik supaya mereka berupaya bekerjasama dan bertanggungjawab dalam melaksanakan sesuatu tugas secara bersama. Di samping itu juga, program ini dapat melatih guru-guru pelatih untuk menganjurkan lawatan sambil belajar semasa di sekolah kelak.
3.0 MATLAMAT
Aktiviti kemasyarakatan dalam program Bina Insan Guru adalah bertujuan untuk mendedahkan guru pelatih kepada pelbagai persekitaran komuniti dan melatih mereka menjadi lebih peka kepada realiti persekitaran budaya, taraf hidup serta keperluan komuniti. Penglibatan guru pelatih dalam pelbagai aktiviti kemasyarakatan ini juga dapat meningkatkan kesedaran sosial dan kepentingan perkhidmatan komuniti serta melatih mereka dalam menguruskan hubungan dengan komuniti pendidikan terutamanya keluarga dan masyarakat setempat ke arah perkembangan pendidikan murid-murid yang lebih seimbang pada masa hadapan.
4.0 OBJEKTIF
• Membina kemahiran merancang, melaksana dan menguruskan program atau aktiviti.
• Melaksanakan sesuatu aktiviti berasaskan semangat berpasukan, amanah dan kesediaan berbakti.
• Menunjukkan kepekaan kepada realiti persekitaran.
• Menghayati nilai etika dan akhlak keguruan.
• Mempamerkan rasa empati dan kesediaan berbakti kepada masyarakat.
5.0 ANJURAN
Program khidmat masyarakat kali ini adalah salah satu aktiviti dalam program Bina Insan Guru yang dianjurkan secara bersama oleh kelas PPPR PET SNPJPI (1) dan PPPR PET SNPJPI (2) semester 3, Institut Perguruan Tuanku Bainun.

1.0 PENDAHULUAN

Segala butiran tentang maklumat dan perancangan untuk program ini dicatatkan dalam kertas kerja ini.
Program Bina Insan Guru semester Tiga (3) mencakupi aktiviti seminar / bengkel / ceramah dan khidmat kemasyarakatan. Melalui program ini, guru pelatih akan didedahkan dengan pengalaman dan kefahaman yang menyeluruh berkaiatan pembinaan insan guru yang seimbang, hubungan guru / sekolah dengan komuniti serta peranan dan akauntabiliti guru yang profesional selaras dengan pembangunan jasmani, emosi, rohani, intelek dan sosial yang seimbang. Program khidmat masyarakat ini juga akan dapat melatih guru pelatih agar lebih komited dalam melakukan sebarang tugas dan aktiviti yang diamanahkan.
2.0 RASIONAL
Program khidmat masyarakat ini merupakan satu program yang diwajibkan kepada guru pelatih PPR PET dan merupakan sebahagian daripada sukatan pelajaran Bina Insan Guru. Dalam program ini, guru-guru pelatih didedahkan dengan kepentingan semangat berpasukan, kerjasama dan tanggungjawab terhadap profesion keguruan, masyarakat dan negara. Kesedaran tentang kepentingan hubungan komuniti dan perkhidamatan sosial perlu diterapkan kepada bakal-bakal pendidik supaya mereka berupaya bekerjasama dan bertanggungjawab dalam melaksanakan sesuatu tugas secara bersama. Di samping itu juga, program ini dapat melatih guru-guru pelatih untuk menganjurkan lawatan sambil belajar semasa di sekolah kelak.
3.0 MATLAMAT
Aktiviti kemasyarakatan dalam program Bina Insan Guru adalah bertujuan untuk mendedahkan guru pelatih kepada pelbagai persekitaran komuniti dan melatih mereka menjadi lebih peka kepada realiti persekitaran budaya, taraf hidup serta keperluan komuniti. Penglibatan guru pelatih dalam pelbagai aktiviti kemasyarakatan ini juga dapat meningkatkan kesedaran sosial dan kepentingan perkhidmatan komuniti serta melatih mereka dalam menguruskan hubungan dengan komuniti pendidikan terutamanya keluarga dan masyarakat setempat ke arah perkembangan pendidikan murid-murid yang lebih seimbang pada masa hadapan.
4.0 OBJEKTIF
• Membina kemahiran merancang, melaksana dan menguruskan program atau aktiviti.
• Melaksanakan sesuatu aktiviti berasaskan semangat berpasukan, amanah dan kesediaan berbakti.
• Menunjukkan kepekaan kepada realiti persekitaran.
• Menghayati nilai etika dan akhlak keguruan.
• Mempamerkan rasa empati dan kesediaan berbakti kepada masyarakat.
5.0 ANJURAN
Program khidmat masyarakat kali ini adalah salah satu aktiviti dalam program Bina Insan Guru yang dianjurkan secara bersama oleh kelas PPPR PET SNPJPI (1) dan PPPR PET SNPJPI (2) semester 3, Institut Perguruan Tuanku Bainun.

Semoga program khidmat masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar seperti yang dirancangkan dengan kerjasama semua pihak untuk mencapai objektif dan matlamat yang dikehendaki. Pendedahan aktiviti seperti ini akan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemahiran dan memberi pengalaman kepada para guru pelatih untuk mendekatkan diri dengan komuniti. Ini sangat berguna apabila kami menjawat jawatan sebagai seorang pendidik dan terlibat secara langsung dalam profesion keguruan setelah selesai menjalani latihan di institut perguruan.

pada 28 Feb yang lalu, sambutan maulidur rasul peringkat SK Kebun Sireh telah diadakan di Masjid Kampung Kebun Sireh.
sambutan bermula dari pukul 7.45 pagi. seawal pagi murid-murid berkumpul di dataran sekolah mengikut kelas dan berselawat.
setelah itu, murid-murid, guru-guru dan ibu bapa berarak ke masjid yang jaraknya lebih kurang 500 meter dari sekolah dengan melalui jalan kampung. perarakan disertai dengan selawat dan puji-pujian bagi junjungan besar Nabi Muhammad. 3 helai kain rentang turut serta dalam perarakan. perarakan ini diketuai oleh ustaz hussain dan selawat telah diketuai oleh ustaz hazaini.
setelah itu, murid-murid diberikan ceramah atau motivasi penceramah jemputan pada pukul 9 pagi. pada pandangan saya, ceramah ini begitu mampu menarik minat pelajar dengan lagu, syair dan cerita-cerita yang menarik. ceramah ini juga mampu memberi penghayatan dan memupuk murid-murid untuk mengingati rasulullah.
ceramah selesai pada pukul 11.30 pagi dan diikuti oleh aktiviti kuiz. aktiviti kuiz dijalankan oleh ustaz hazaini. murid-murid yang berjaya menjawab soalan diberikan hadiah.
setelah itu, semua warga sekolah dijemput makan oleh pihak masjid. juadah merupakan nasi daging, air asam dan air sirap.
terima kasih kepada semua warga SK Kebun Sireh yang sanggup menghadirkan diri bagi majlis ini walaupun pada hujung minggu. tahniah dan syabas diucapkan
